  I bought a watch from this store on 6/28/2010 and discovered a small chip on the watch after only one day of use. I returned to the store on 7/8/2010 to exchange the watch, and depending on how that went, buy another one. They refused my return. The sales associate actually told me to try putting white out on the watch to cover the chip. Needless to say I decided not to buy the second watch. I've also decided not to shop there anymore. I'm not usually one to return anything I've worn, but I just thought it was right that I hadn't even owned the watch for a full day and it had already chipped.
